A superoutstanding figure of national soccer – and international – has been away from the spotlight this World Cup season. Who are we talking about? João Havelange, honor president of Fifa, who has always followed closely Brazil’s matches.
* Glamurama has discovered the reason for Havelange’s absence from South African stadiums. A few days before the championship started, he came to Brazil from Switzerland due to health problems that, actually, brought him to a hospital in witch he had to be admitted.
* Today he is at home, in Rio de Janeiro, but under the care of doctors and with permanent professional assistance. The closest people to him guaranties Havelange can only think about getting better as soon as possible and he still have hopes of watching live our soccer team matches.
