Nightclub owners Carlinhos Kalil and Paulo Zegaib signed on Friday afternoon, the sale of Sirena Group – which includes the bar Morocco, the restaurant House of Pizza and the infamous Maresias club, founded by them 18 years ago. The buyer? Fabio Fanganiello, owner of the securities company GP.
* Now, Carlinhos Kalil will focus on Ritz Iguatemi, which opens in January 2011. The space will have a terrace with trees and a side entry in Rua Angelina Maffei Vita. Paulo takes the place of his father, Fuad Zegaib, at the helm of Dinho’s chain, plans to extend the number of Mabella restaurants and becomes a partner at nightclub Pacha Florianópolis.
