Matthew Williamson is on fire, and to top this new phase he just got a book in his honor. Written by Colin McDowell, the publication is expected to have contributions from Alexandra Shulman, top editor of British “Vogue”, Sienna Miller, Zandra Rhodes, Joan Burstein, Paul Smith and, of course, Anna Wintour.
* To be released on October 18, the book tells Matthew’s path with details and shows never-seen pictures of his career. Besides that, an exhibition in Somerset House, in London, will show his looks and iconic images of his work, and will be on until January, 2011.
* And as the designer is known for being a party lover, it couldn’t be different with this project. On October 12, the garden of the gallery that will launch his book will be transformed into a playful set like the fashion designer. Big party…
