Did you know a Manolo Blahnik shoe can save a marriage? Yes, that’s what Mr. Manolo says himself. He said a good heel serves to heat up the relationship of many couples. "The male response to high heels is kind of perverse. Some men have told me I saved their marriage" the designer said in an interview.
* He was referring to the undeniable appeal of the women who wear the shoes that he creates. "The first thing they look is for women’s legs and there’s nothing more beautiful than high heels" he adds. So far so good, but to say that shoes save marriages, would be a little exaggeration, wouldn’t Manolo?
