After Paul McCartney dragged a legion of fans in a series of concerts in, it’s time for Ringo Starr to arrive here. For the first time in the country, he comes with the All Starr Band and will perform in Porto Alegre, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasilia and Recife in November.
