After a lot of searching, insistence and thought, it seems that Alex Atala will finally bring his genius culinary talents to Rio. Alex wanted a restaurant on the street and looked for a place that was to his liking for a long time. Until he found it at Rua Dias Ferreira, where Ponto Pizzeria used to be, but he ended up backing away because of the impractical prices charged in the city.
* Now to the delight of the locals, the chef has eventually been convinced by Fashion Mall to open a branch of his restaurant Dalva & Dito where the huge Armani store used to be, on the third floor of the mall. Yummy, isn’t it?
