It’s the end of the line for a Hollywood – and, in recent years, political – marriage that lasted 25 years! Arnold Schwarzenegger, the "Terminator" and former governor of California, split from his wife, Maria Shriver, after more than two decades together. FYI: she was the one who left home, moving out of the chateau where they lived in Brentwood.
* In a statement, the two claim to be at peace. "We are in the process of professional and personal changes," they said, before finishing: "The decision was taken after a great deal of reflection, discussion and prayer." Arnold, who ended in January his second term in government, is now focused on lectures in the United States. Maria, who used to be a correspondent for NBC before becoming first lady, has not revealed her next projects.
