Luella Bartley is back. The British designer, who had to finish her brand’s activities after being affected by the last economic crisis, is preparing to launch a guide about the British way to dress, this October. Named "Luella’s Guide to English Style", it is already one of the most awaited books by Europeans fashionistas. Luella began her career as a fashion journalist, therefore has plenty of experience in the art of writing.
* Besides, the creator of the legendary Mulberry’s bag "The Gisele”, has lots of friends in the industry such as Katie Grand and Stella McCartney – and not mentioning she’s married to the photographer David Sims. Luella was also elected "Designer of the year" by the British Fashion Council in 2008, and in 2010, became a member of the The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. As you can see, if there is someone that understands the British style, she is the one.
