No way around it. Every summer, Rio de Janeiro blossoms, and samba, of course, is the soundtrack in the coolest parties of the season.
* This Sunday, for example, in addition Bailinho, about which we already reported, the group was divided between the Sapucapeta rehearsal, at the Jockey Club, with Leandro Sapucahy, Arlindo Cruz and Santa Clara in a large and lively “roda;” and the Samba D’Nega with Trio Preto +1, which had Seu Jorge as a special guest, on Barzini’s penhouse, in Ipanema. FYI: it will be like that every Sunday, so you’d better get ready.
* And that’s not all: in the next five Mondays, Exaltasamba will be the star with a lively samba “roda” on stage at the Vivo Rio. This is actually Thiaguinho’s farewell season, since the lead singer of the band is leaving to pursue a solo career. You can’t miss out on that can you?
