A press conference is scheduled for this Thursday where Planmusic, in partnership with the city of Rio de Janeiro, will announce the second coming of Paul McCartney to Brazil in less than a year.
* All details are still being kept secret, but we know that the former Beatle is in talks to perform in Chile and Peru in May. With Maracanã under construction, it’s likely that the two concerts will happen at Engenhão Stadium in the second half of the month.
* Still, as the Department of Tourism is very involved in the negotiations and there are plenty of sponsors, we can only dream of an open mega show on Copacabana beach, right? Well, anyway, tomorrow all questions will be answered…
