Then they say that lightning never strikes twice in the same place! On Tuesday will happen at Sotheby’s in London, the expected auction of jewels and precious objects of the Duchess of Windsor. Various objects were purchased at an auction in 1987, and now are going on sale again. The most wanted piece? A brooch Cartier 1940, with rubies, sapphires and emeralds given by the Duke Duchess of Windsor, valued at around 1 million pounds. The Brazilian Rafael Medina Lupo, representing the museum Cartier Paris, is one who plans to bid on the brooch.

* There also seems to be a Chinese millionaire interested in making a bid on all lots. Platelets in hand!
