Bringing together Brazilians and international musicians in support of AIDS prevention fifteen years ago, the CD "Red Hot + Rio" will get a new version. If the first honored Tom Jobim, now the album – which will double – will pay homage to tropicalia and and current MPB.
* Many cool musicians have already RSVPd: Seu Jorge, Rita Lee, Charlie Brown, Bebel Gilberto, Marisa Monte, Tom Ze, Of Montreal, John Legend and 60 others. "Red Hot + Rio 2" will be released in late July, by E1 Entertainment.
* Bebel, moreover, will sing “Acabou Chorare,” song that was inspired by her, when she was just a toddler. While we wait for this treasure, let’s listen to a recording of "O Leãozinho" by Caetano Veloso, in a version by Beirut.
