The Teen Choice Awards were handed out in Los Angeles on Sunday. And oh, what-a-surprise, “Twilight” saga dominated the awarding by simply winning a total of 12 prizes. To prove that vampires will reign to quite some time, TV series “Vampire Diaries” scooped seven awards. This time, Robert Pattinson could also celebrate through a different work – he won “Best Drama Actor” for his work in the movie “Remember Me”.
* Hostess of the night, Katy Perry had fun with her costumes. They were seven in total: hippie, Goth, cheerleader, prom queen, nerd, rocker and a striped sequin tube dress. The cutie had company onstage. She divided the spotlight with Colfer, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling, of “Glee”. Others that distinguished were our darling “Gossip Girl” and, in music, Taylor Swift who wasn’t present at the ceremony.
