Makeup artist Rosman Braz is in New York this weekend and, of course, had to stop by Saks Fifth Avenue beauty department for the launch of Dolce & Gabbana’s new makeup line. There, Rosman ran into Pat McGrath, who he described as "the best make up artist in the world." Oh, and we know that Pat loves Brazilian men… Who knows? Giovanni Bianco.
