This is fresh from the oven: Maria Gadu has just entered the studio to begin recording her new CD. Still untitled, the album is slated for release later this year and will feature special guests such as Portuguese singer Marco Rodrigues. The funny thing is that Gadu met Marco completely by chance. We can explain: Once she was in Lisbon, she decided to have dinner in a restaurant where Marco was performing and soon became fascinated by him. Marco is considered one of the highlights of the new generation of fado singers from Portugal and agreed to take part in her new album. We wonder what the two are going to be up to…
