On Monday, Glamurama was at the place in Trancoso with the most hype: the restaurant set up by Fernando Droghetti and Jan Milan at Jacaré do Brasil Casas Bed and Breakfast. The kitchen, signed by Francis Mallmann, is very fresh and tasty. The chef is really special, unique! The menu? For us, the highlights were the sliced zucchini, scallop or almond soup – all amazing! Of course, we tasted the fresh tuna with ratatouille and an incredible ojo steak. Oh, the roasted potato peels are another hit. As for desserts, here’s a hint: try them all! The best two? A sort of Argentinean milk pudding and a chocolate pudding, to die for! Fine wines, a beautiful garden and a sky full of stars: it’s just like a dream!
