In addition to the participation of Vanessa da Mata in Ben Harper’s concerts in Sao Paulo, on Friday, and in Rio on Saturday, the performances will have yet another Brazilian flair. The thing Is that Ben made a point of personally picking the band that would open for him in both cities, and among the many options he got from the organizers, he decided on one: Tono, the band of Bem Gil, son of Flora and Gilberto Gil. The Gil family, incidentally, is very proud!
