The eye’s of the art world will turn to Rio in September. Starting on the 8th, there will be held the first edition of ArtRio – Rio de Janeiro International Art Fair, which will drive the economy and tourism of the country with the participation of some 80 renowned galleries – both national and international.
* Devised by Elisangela Valadares e Brenda Valansi Osorio, partners and directors of Bex Trade and Cultural Events, ArtRio is already born great. Hip international galleries have already confirmed their presence, such as the Australian Tristian Koenig, featuring new works by John Kleckner, and Italy’s Riccardo Crespi, from Milan, bringing the duo Libia Castro & Ólafur Ólafsson – Iceland’s representatives at the Venice Biennale 2011.
