Jean Paul Gaultier has closed a partnership with La Perla to sign a line of lingerie that will be out on stores in November. The fashion designer, who has a lot of experience with lace, see-through fabrics and giving a sexy touch to his creations, is going to draw 27 pieces. The collection includes a corset and a bra inspired by the cone-shaped bustier he made for Madonna, in the 1990’s.
* ”I met Jean Paul Gaultier a few months ago and we immediately hit it off because we share the same vision of beauty, style, taste and quality”, sayd Alan Prost, La Perla’s CEO. “So we agreed on trying this adventure together and unite our savoir faire”. And what a savoir faire, huh?
