Before presenting his winter collection at Sao Paulo Fashion Week, designer André Lima had a little chat with Glamurama. As the talk went on, we hit the subjects of President Dilma Rousseff, Carla Bruni and Kate Middleton. How would André dress them? "Well, I’d add a few pieces by Valentino and Chanel to Dilma’s wardrobe, I think she has to be classic and elegant, and good cuts would do the trick," he said. * When talking about Carla Bruni – whom he likes the most – André melted into praise. "I would love to dress her, she’s kind of Jackie O., isn’t she?", And what would Carla’s color be? "Whichever she who wants, she goes with everything. But I would do a classic style dress," he said. Finally, he told us he would not dress Kate Middleton. But calm down, glamurette, it’s for good reason: "I think the future Queen of England should be dressed by Vivienne Westwood. It would be ideal. I think the wedding dress it should be very theatrical, with drapes .. . Remarkable.”
