We’re still in September, but many powerful people have already decided where to pop the champagne on New Year’s Eve. Andrea Dellal, who lives in London and stopped by New York this week with her daughter Alice for the BrazilFoundation’s gala, is going to her apartment in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro. "It’s where I recover my strength. With sunshine, rice, beans and biju." Designer Lenny Niemeyer told us she was going from New York straight to Paris, to get started on the summer 2013 collection. * Georgina Brandolini, who wore a Gianbattista Valli gown for the gala event, is going to the Brazilian Northeast. "Trancoso, for sure."
