Buying American Apparel online may not be so simple after all, since some countries don’t delivery availability or even their own shop. Fighting the crisis within the company, Dov Charney’s American Apparel decided to join eBay to help the company.
* In a survey done by the brands, more than 30,000 users enter American Apparel’s name at the shopping site, searching for products or second hand pieces recently acquired by third parties that resell and make an undue profit from it. For this partnership to work, a new sales platform will be opened on eBay, which will receive the online versions of some stores – American Apparel will be the first.
* With 254 points in 20 countries, the brand is confident that it will work out, so much so that they revealed it to "WWD," which hopes to have 10% growth in sales in the first three months. Good luck!
