Chef Alex Atala has a great reason to celebrate on Monday. He’s in London in celebration of "Restaurant" magazine – which since 2002 has elected the 50 best restaurants in the world. D.O.M., which last year was in 18th position, jumped 11 places and placed 7th on the ranking. But he still has one more reason to celebrate: according to the list, the D.O.M. is still the best restaurant in Latin America. Congratulations!
