Glamurama checked out the new restaurant of chef Carlos Bertolazzi – also from Zena Caffe : Spago, in Itaim Bibi. A mix of traditional Italian and American cuisines, Spago tells through its food, a little of the history of Italian immigrants in the United States.
* Under the theme "That’s Amore," Bertolazzi created tasty recipes, such as mozzarella marinara – spicy and crisp with spicy tomato sauce -, the eggplant parmesan, a delicious layered gratin eggplant,and classics like spaghetti and meatballs.
* On the dessert menu, attention must be given to the canola, a traditional Italian sweet, the crunchy Nutella tart, the chocolate tart, and the lemon cheesecake. Talk about love!
