Ke$ha was lined up for The Pop Festival, which Shakira is organizing and will tour throughout Latin America, including Brazil, between February and March, but she’s not coming anymore. Ke$ha ended up having problems with the dates of the presentations in Latin America interfering with the start of her world tour and she chose to do everything on her own, without the support of Shakira’s festival.
