IMDb, the go-to site to any self-respecting movie buff, is reporting that Lenny Kravitz is going to work as an actor on his third movie. The feature film is called The Blind Bastard, and it’s co-produced by Brazil and the United States. Ash Baron Cohen, brother of Sasha Baron Cohen (a.k.a. Borat) is going to direct.
* Lenny is going to play Jake, the leader of a gang of blind men that gets involved in all kinds of shenanigans. It’s a dark comedy with a lot of action and even an airplane chase. The cast is made of some Brazilian characters, such as the prostitute who falls in love with Jake, as well as real life blind people in supporting roles. Shootings start this semester.
