Katie Holmes is about to launch a new collection of her brand, Holmes & Yang, with the stylist Jeanne Yang. When interviewed by the north-American magazine “Elle”, the actor and her partner told a few details about the pieces. 
* The fall collection was mostly inspired by dance: “Ballet is superclassic and has so many rules…But you’ve got to have a little rebellion… you can always tell a dancer by the way she puts her clothes together” said Yang. With this as a base, the clothes made of leather, silk and jacquard appear in tones of nude and baby pink, besides black and cream. Some models count with wool leg warmers. 
* Another interesting aspect of the collection is that it also counts with clothes for girls that, in some way, match the clothes designed for the mothers. And for that, Suri, Katie Holmes’ daughter and Yang’s twin daughters, Sydney and Zoey, were taken as muses: “And it’s a limited time during which they really want to do it. You have to enjoy this phase”, explained Katie.
