Before Max Motta started working as a model in 2007, he was just the son of Carlos Motta, one of the most famous designers in Brazil. Now, Max is a top model and has in his portfolio campaigns by Tom Ford, DKNY and Dior Homme, to name a few. He also modeled for the most important brands at Men’s Fashion Weeks in Milan and Paris. So we couldn’t help pulling him aside in backstage of Alexandre Herchcovitch and learn all about his routine.
* “Routine? None whatsoever. Before coming here, I went to Milan, Paris and South Africa. It was cool to get to know Cape City. I’d never been there.” And what does his father think about having a model for a son? “He thinks it’s funny,” said Max, amused. But Carlos didn’t come to SPFW’s last day. He already watched Reserva’s show this Monday and really liked seeing Max walk the catwalk.
