When it comes to dying on screen, Robert De Niro is the top dog. He heads the list of actors who have died the most on screen in Hollywood. He’s died fourteen times, in movies such as Cape Fear, Martin Scorsese’s macabre suspense.
* Bruce Willis is the runner up, having died eleven times on screen. In one of these deaths, in Sixth Sense, he even became a ghost. Third place goes to Johnny Depp, just one death short of Bruce. Depp’s cinema debut was his violent death in Nightmare on Elm Street. After that, there have been nine other demises in his career.
* The list goes on with Brad Pitt, Al Pacino Jack Nicholson and Dustin Hoffman, tied with nine deaths each. Christian Bale comes next, with eight, followed by Denzel Washington, with seven, and lastly, George Clooney, with only five deaths. Thank God it’s just acting and the actors are still alive and kicking.
