"Amazon has no color." This is how Pedro Martinelli describes the region he’s been photographing since the 1970s. Some of these records have been collected in the book "Martinelli, Pedro" and will be exposed in Estudiobola in Sao Paulo, starting on August 13.
* The book was edited by Terra Virgem, and the show is signed by the photographic label Compota, of Leslie Markus and Marina Prado Lopes. The images are "vintage," in paper that is no longer used in the market.
* In time, a petition for change of the Brazilian Forestry Code is gaining momentum in social networks, with the hashtag # florestafazadiferença, organized by the Brazilian Committee in Defense of Forests and Sustainable Development.
