After some time in Rio, the new show from choreographer Deborah Colker, "Tatyana," arrives in São Paulo on September 9, at Teatro Alfa. The show is based on "Yevgeny Onegin," a novel in verses of Russian author Aleksandr Pushkin, published in 1832.

* In two acts, the choreography takes Pushkin “himself” to the stage and makes him interact with the actions, desires, thoughts and psychological transformations of the four protagonists of his masterpiece. The music of composers such as Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky and Prokofiev packs that journey to the heart of a timeless story of dueling, misunderstandings, passions and disappointments.
