“Wood gone mad”. That’s how Adrian Joffe, executive director of international Commes dês Garçons described the new fragrance “Wonderworld”, that will be available to purchase this week. Produced in a partnership with the Puig Beauty & Fashion Group Company, the new perfume is considered a challenge by Antoine Lie, responsible perfumer of the fragrance – inspired by the scent of the most exotic woods all over the world.
*Among the scents are notes of cedar and sandalwood, patchouli, woody synthetics as javanol and cashmeran, besides pepper, bergamot, incense and nutmeg. The investors are clearly betting on this one and expect to earn US$10 million over it on its first year.
