When it comes to outfits, Madonna sure knows how to be different. This Saturday she chose a strange look for the surprise party she gave to her dancers, in London: a set of Adidas, a hat and white sneakers. The outfit was, at the least, really comfortable to dance with; since she stayed at the party until 3am.
