Claude Troisgros closed one of his restaurants in Rio: Bistro 66, in Lagoa. But there’s no need to panic, glamurette. This weekend, he opened the CT Trattorie there. Well: the Frenchman Troisgros surrendered to his Italian roots – his mother was born in Italy – and created a “mamma” restaurant full of poetic license. "It’s Italian food made by a Frenchman," he says. He shares the command of the kitchen with his son, Thomas.
