Dayse Gasparian is organizing a dinner for about 50 guests in Salão dos Arcos at Teatro Municipal de Sao Paulo soon. The reason? Celebrating the union of San Pellegrino with Bulgari, which will sign a special label for the brand – last year, their partnership with Missoni was a huge hit!
* Italian chef Carlo Cracco is in Brazil and lead the menu together with Alex Atala. On the menu, Brazilian ingredients such as cassava, Catupiry, pupunha palm and para-nut. Among those confirmed, Davide Marcovitch and Sergio Degese, of LVMH, Thereza Collor and Gustavo Halbreich, Suely and Valdemar Iódice and Hélio Vasone.
