Spread your wings and free your beasts because the former Frenética Lidoka is launching her new autobiography, "Uma Vida Frenética" (“A Frantic Life”), on Thursday, at Lorena Street’s Livraria da Vila. In the book, she narrates passages of her life during the military dictatorship, the death of her father, the process of accession to the counterculture movement, coming finally to the formation of the delicious group "As Frenéticas" (“The Frantic”) in the late 1970s.
