This week, chef Bel Coelho launched the new menu at Clandestino – a restaurant dedicated to gastronomic adventures – entirely inspired by the orixás. Bel has created a tasting menu in 12 moments, based on the offerings on the rituals of Candomblé. The result? Delicate dishes, full of meaning.
