The cuisine of São Paulo is taking its know-how to New York. Chef Carlos Bertolazzi of Zena Caffè and culinary consultant Fernanda Cestari are in Manhattan to put the final touches on the menu of Brasilina, of the entrepreneur Silvanei Bull and her children, Daniel and Mariana, which opens its doors in June.

* And they let us know: this is not another Brazilian restaurant in New York, but the space will hold an emotional and gastronomical attachment to our country, so you can expect cosmopolitan contemporary dishes with that particularly Brazilian flavor. Yummy!
