There’s another Brazilian movie making it big in the international scene. After being selected for the Horizon session of the Festival of Venice, "Girimunho" of Helvécio Marins and Clarissa Campolina, was chosen to be part of the 36th International Film Festival in Toronto, which takes place between September 8 and 18.
* The film will be shown in the Visions program, a selection reserved for innovative productions and poetic language. It is a fiction that brings real characters who play themselves.
* The Toronto festival is considered one of the most important of the Americas, and this year, it will display new films of famous filmmakers such as David Cronenberg, Pedro Almodovar, Lars von Trier, Nanni Moretti, Cédric Kahn and Todd Solondz.
