After ruling over Madison Square Garden, Ivete Sangalo is taking over yet another classic address of international music: Radio City Music Hall, also in New York. She was invited by Gigi D’Alessio to sing in a tribute to Italian music. On February 14, she and names such as Liza Minnelli, Paul Anka, Aretha Franklin, Lionel Richie, Ricky Martin and Andrea Bocelli are going to perform in a show that will be broadcast to Italy by Rai Uno.
* After her Friday concert in Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul and her Saturday performance in Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Ivete flies to New York on Sunday. She’ll be in the States till the 15th, when she heads back home for a press conference where she should announce news for Carnival.
