Alex Atala came and conquered. What are we talking about? Of the lunch prepared by the Brazilian chef in the a thousand-star kitchen of Alain Ducasse, at the Plaza Athénée, in Paris, one of the fanciest hotels in the world.

* "It is tough test, it gave me goose bumps just thinking about it. But if I do a good job, I’ll begin to believe that I cook okay," joked Alex, minutes before putting on his chef uniform and enter the sacred temple of world cuisine.

* What did he make? Among other things, breaded oysters with marinated tapioca and black rice with green vegetables and chestnut milk. All with Brazilian ingredients and cosmopolitan flavor. Just like Alex’s style, right? Glamurama – who knows everything – found out it was a success. He passed with flying colors!
