The international agenda for chef, Alex Atala is still shaking. This week, he is in Menton, France, with his family, where he will make two dinners for the restaurant Mirazur, from Mauro Clagreco. From there he goes to England and Spain and is expected to arrive in Brazil in August.
* In the beginning of September, Atala packs his suitcase again and goes to Finland, where he will attend to the “Cook It Raw” event. The event brings names like Redzepi, Massimo Bottura and David Chang to research new trends and ingredients for contemporary gastronomy.
* Also in September he goes to Mexico to teach a class on the International Gourmet Congress “Guillermo Rios”, an important gastronomic event.
