New York Fashion Week starts this Thursday, February 10, and ends on the 17th. In all, there are 142 shows and Nicholas K opens the event at Lincoln Center. The busiest day of the week is the fourth, when DKNY, Calvin Klein, Diane von Furstenberg and Tommy Hilfiger present their winter 2012 collections.
* Carolina Herrera and Marc Jacobs steal the show on Monday and, on the second to last day, we’ll check out the collections of Alexandre Herchcovitch, Proenza Schouler and Oscar de la Renta. To wrap up, Thursday comes with Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B, Francisco Costa’s Calving Klein and Ralph Lauren.
