Nothing like innovating the menu at home without adding calories to your diet. Glamurama went after a very light recipe to start off your week in a great mood. The lotus salad, from Marakuthai takes rice noodles, chicken and vegetables. Different and healthy! Just follow the tips from chef Renata Vanzetti and your next meal should be great:

* For this recipe you will use 10 grams of rice noodles, 10 grams of finely chopped cabbage, 30 grams of chicken breast cut into strips and saute in olive oil, one fifth of a watercress bunch, juice of half a lemon, two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of minced ginger, a teaspoon of chopped pepper, a tablespoon of white sesame seeds, a tablespoon of black sesame seeds and a tablespoon of brown chopped cashew.

* Cook the pasta in boiling water for just two minutes, then rinse with cold water. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with as much salt and olive oil as you like. Simple as that!
