Marcelo Faisal, the landscape architect from Sao Paulo in charge of the whole look of the dressing rooms and boxes of Rock in Rio, is in Rock City right now taking care of the finishing touches for the festival. He planted 13 coconut trees 12 feet each and used 600 flower pots to compose the decoration of the event. The coconut trees, incidentally, were donated by the city of Rio de Janeiro, which will also use the area during the Olympic Games. Faisal sent us exclusive photos. Take a look:
