A natural born entrepreneur, hotelier Andre Balazs, boyfriend of superstar comedian Chelsea Handler, is seriously considering leasing the famous TWA terminal at JFK is in New York. Practically forgotten, despite being considered one of the best works of Finnish architect Eero Saarinen, the terminal was completed in 1962 and had as its mission to simply give the passengers of TWA a the "taste of the future" the company advertised.
