The traditional Gran Rex Theater, in Buenos Aires, was the stage for the show "Amor, Festa e Devoção" (Love, party and devotion) by Maria Bethania, this Saturday. The singer led Argentina to a minimalist scenario full of Brazilian references, recreating the arid landscape of the Northeast.
* Dressed in white, with an unstructured blazer and bare feet, Bethania had the audience up to the sound of songs like "Fera Ferida", "É o Amor" and " Olhos nos Olhos". The presentation also included the participation of singer Miúcha.
* A member of the audience drew applauses when spotted by the singer; it was Caetano Veloso, after all. After the show, a lot of emotion on the dressing room, where Bethania received guests like Humberto and Fernando Campana, who were in the city to launch the book "Campana – Complete Work – So Far."
