Eike Batista donated R$ 4.5 million – much more than what was initially asked – to the Morhan NGO, directed to leprosy patients, on the evening of Monday, in a ceremony at the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro, with nothing less than a Ney Matogrosso concert and a president Lula speech.
* At the entrance of the event, Lula was contained. "At election time, it’s not good to talk." However, when called to the stage, he couldn’t help it. "I hope that Eike’s act, that has contributed in such detached way, can be a guiding example," said Lula.
