It looks like Thierry Mugler’s search for a new creative-director is over: Nicola Formichetti won the prize. Formichetti, responsible for the fashion edition from Japanese "Vogue Hommes" and contributing editor from the magazines "V", "Dazed & Confused" and "AnOther Magazine", has substituted the stylist Rosemary Rodriguez that filled the position since 2008.
* Nicola recrited two designers to help him on the brand’s new projects. Sebastien Peigné – who will coordinate the feminine line – and Romain Kremer – that stays ahead the masculine line. The first official presentation will happen on the 2011 autumn/winter collection.
* In time: known for being Lady Gaga’s personal stylist, Formichetti was pointed by Thierry Mugler’s directors as one of the few that could give luxury and glamour to the brand.
