Awesome. Eight classic solo albums of John Lennon and other important recordings of the ex-Beatle were reissued in remastered editions in London and they will be available in stores – including Brazilian’s – to commemorate the singer’s 70th birthday, on October 9.
* Overseen by widow Yoko Ono, the albums to be reissued are "John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band" (1970), "Imagine" (1971), "Some Time in New York City" (1972), "Mind Games" (1973), "Walls and Bridges" (1974), "Rock ‘n’ Roll" (1975), "Double Fantasy" (1980), "Milk and Honey" (1984) and "Double Fantasy Stripped Down" – remixed version by Yoko herself from the1980’s album.
* The project includes a gathering of the singer’s rarities and singles, with the kinds of relics fans love. Glamurama, a huge groupie of Lennon, can barely wait for October 9 to come.
